Make sure your design has a transparent background, unless you want a rectangular print. If your design has a transparent background, make sure it is exported as a PNG.<\\\/strong><\\\/p>

Make sure the file is high resolution. <\\\/strong><\\\/p>

We recommend 300 dots per inch (DPI) or higher. This resolution helps ensure that the print is clear, sharp, and has vibrant colours and fine details. Images with a lower DPI may appear pixelated, stretched, or warped.<\\\/p>

How to Check DPI<\\\/strong><\\\/p>

To check your image's DPI, right click on the image file on a PC and select Properties > Details. On a Mac, control-click the image and select Get Info > More Info.<\\\/p>

We recommend that your artwork is at least 2000 pixels (we export our artwork at 3000pixels).<\\\/p>

For reference, the following is pixels to inches, so you can see how an image with a lower pixel count, will become pixelated if it is stretched to the desired dimensions.<\\\/p>
