I came home, and I started drawing

In 2020 I was working in television in Toronto when the world stopped.

Somewhere in the middle of all that noise — the news cycles, the lockdowns, the not knowing — all I wanted was to be home. Home meant Niagara. It meant my family's farm. It meant my horses.

So I came back.

I'd spent years in production studios, and standing still has never suited me. By the end of 2020 I'd started designing, and what came out was everything I love about this life: horses, back roads, dirt on your boots, the kind of country living that doesn't need explaining to the people who live it.

I put those designs on apparel. People got it right away — first my own community here in Niagara, then customers across Canada, then the States.

In January 2022, I brought printing in-house. We moved from outsourced direct-to-garment to our own direct-to-film press, which means I control the quality of every single piece that leaves here — sharper detail, deeper colour, and prints that hold up to real work and real winters.

Apollo's True North still runs out of a farm in Niagara. Every design starts here.

It's made for the riders, the farmers, the hunters, the dog people, and anyone who's proud of where they come from.
